Every time I talk about my Rang-E-Mehfil collection, I’m filled with a sense of excitement and a deep pride washes over me. Among all the pieces that make up this collection, Shabnami Raat holds a very dear place in my heart. Designed using luxurious black organza, it makes the suit look effortlessly elegant. It’s everything I adore about fashion: it’s elegant, a little mysterious, and endlessly wearable. After this piece finally came together, I thought, This is it—a piece that makes a statement without even trying.
The dupatta of this piece is the heart of the design. It has this beautiful & intricate embroidery with Zardosi work and to me, the Swarovski crystals cast just enough light for it dance between tradition and modernity. The back of the kurta is adorned with ghumer motifs, lending it that perfect chic but not over the top look.
