Thank you for choosing our handcrafted pieces. As a brand dedicated to high-quality, artisanal craftsmanship, each item is carefully made with attention to detail. All our products are handmade with love, making each piece unique. This means your purchase may differ slightly from the image you see on our website, with minor irregularities possible. For example, hand-dyed shades and Zari work may vary within an acceptable tolerance as each piece is meticulously crafted.

Please carefully read the product description and follow the size chart and other guides provided with each item before placing your order. Additionally, check the status of the item listing (e.g., “ready to ship” or “made to order”) before making a purchase.

We inspect each shipment carefully before it leaves our warehouse to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition. However, if you encounter a quality issue, please follow the instructions below:

Quality Issue Exchanges Only : We do not offer refunds. If there is a quality issue with your item, an exchange may be made within 5 days of receiving it. For pieces made to order, exchanges can be arranged if a quality issue is found, but no refunds will be provided.

Replacement or Credit: Once we receive your returned item and verify the quality issue, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost or issue a credit note for the item’s value.

Note: Exchanges will only be processed after we receive the returned item, except in cases where the package was lost in transit.
